To draw practical strength from the Jinggangshan Spirit and transform the fighting will of revolutionary predecessors into the team's concrete actions to overcome difficulties, on August 22nd and 23rd, the company organized over 40 people including the leadership, department heads, project managers, and technical backbones to go to Jinggangshan, the "cradle of the Chinese Revolution", to carry out a team-building activity with the theme of "Inheriting the Jinggang Spark and Forging the Team's Practical Work Style". Through immersive red education, the team can strengthen its belief in practical work by reflecting on history and temper its team style in practice.

Watching the live performance of "Starlight" ignites the passion for striving

On the night of their arrival in Jinggangshan, the team went to watch the large-scale immersive situational drama "Spark". The drama, using montage narrative techniques, vividly recreates the heroic story of the Red Army soldiers and the people of Jinggangshan in 1929 who were willing to sacrifice their lives to protect the revolutionary flame. On the stage, sound, light, electricity and other technologies complemented each other, and the audience seats merged with the stage. Everyone felt as if they had traveled through time and space, immersed in those war-torn years. Many people 's eyes welled up with tears when they saw Captain Wu of the red army and Sister Liu, who had just given birth to 伢子, bravely sacrificing their lives to protect the evacuation of the masses. After the performance, everyone expressed, "This show was so stunning. The revolutionary predecessors safeguarded their faith with their blood and lives. We have no reason to hold back in our work." This immersive performance not only allowed everyone to directly experience the hardships of the struggle in Jinggangshan, but also ignited the passion of shouldering the mission and working hard in everyone's heart.

Trace the footprints of great men and understand the original aspiration of hard work

The farmhouses with blue tiles and earthen walls, the evergreen trees in the courtyards that have remained lush and flourishing despite the ravages of war, and the "reading stones" in front of the houses where great men often sat and thought, each relic carries a profound historical memory. Standing on this red land, everyone deeply felt that the "Jinggangshan Spirit" is not an abstract slogan, but a pragmatic attitude of "not avoiding problems and not retreating in the face of difficulties". Just like the new projects we are promoting now, as long as we forge ahead step by step like the revolutionary predecessors, there will be no tough nut that we cannot overcome.

Revisiting the summit of Huang Yangjie to hone practical skills

Huangyangjie is at an altitude of 1,343 meters and has a perilous terrain. It was one of the five major outposts during the Jinggangshan Struggle period and is known for its "one man guarding the pass, ten thousand cannot break through" posture. Standing at the Huangyangjie outpost, the well-preserved fortifications are still clearly visible. Listening to the guide recount the thrilling Battle of Huangyangjie in 1928, everyone felt as if they had traveled through time and space, witnessing the heroic scene of the Red Army soldiers, relying on their firm belief and indomitable will, defeating the enemy's four regiments with a smaller force.

The mountain breeze brushes past the sentry pass, where the echoes of history and the reflections of the present interweave. Back then, the Red Army broke through the desperate situation with the belief of "daring to fight and certain to win". Now, when we revisit the summit of Huangyang, it is not only to look back on the glorious past, but also to draw practical strength from the red genes. This spirit of standing firm in perilous situations and breaking through tough battles will be transformed into a powerful driving force for the team to hone its skills.

Stroll along Longtan Waterfall and gather the vitality of the team

In the afternoon, the team headed to the core area of Jinggangshan's natural landscape - Longtan Waterfall. Walking along the forest path, the babbling brook and the shady green trees create a refreshing atmosphere. The fresh air allows everyone to relax their minds and bodies after the intense red study. When reaching the waterfall, one could see the water cascading down from a cliff dozens of meters high, splashing up layers of water flowers, just like a huge white dragon leaping into a deep pool, with a magnificent momentum. Everyone stopped to admire and said with smiles, "Drawing spiritual strength from red learning and relaxing in the natural beauty, such team-building activities are both fulfilling and meaningful."

Visiting the Red Army Hospital, I felt the spirit of dedication and responsibility

After leaving Longtan Waterfall, the team headed to the former site of the Fourth Hospital of the Chinese Red Army. This hospital, which was transformed from a civilian house, was one of the earliest regular hospitals of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army. During the Jinggangshan Struggle, it shouldered the important mission of treating the wounded and the masses of the Red Army. Entering the old site, the mottled walls still bear the slogan "Save lives and heal the wounded, practice revolutionary humanitarianism". The bamboo surgical knives, herbal kits, simple hospital beds and other cultural relics displayed in the display cases silently tell the touching stories of medical staff who, in the face of a shortage of medical resources and medicine, remained at their posts and treated the wounded. The guide introduced, "At that time, there were only a dozen medical staff in the hospital, but they had to take care of hundreds of injured people. They gathered herbs to treat diseases during the day and guarded against enemy surprise attacks at night. They interpreted the word 'dedication' with their lives."

Enter the revolutionary exhibition hall and build a consensus on practical work

Later in the afternoon, the team arrived at the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum. This museum, with a construction area of 20,030 square meters, houses over 30,000 cultural relics, more than 7,000 documents and materials, as well as over 10,000 historical pictures. Under the guidance of the tour guide, the employees systematically learned about the entire process of the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base Area from its establishment to its growth and expansion. From the Autumn Harvest Uprising troops leading troops to Jinggangshan, to the meeting of Zhu and MAO, the launch of the land revolution, and then to the formation of the "workers' and Peasants' armed separatist" ideology, every piece of history and every exhibit tells of the down-to-earth spirit of the revolutionary predecessors who were realistic and dared to forge new paths.

The key to carrying forward the Jinggangshan spirit lies in the word "hard work". For this mid-to-senior-level team-building activity, we retraced our original aspirations at the red site, gathered team strength in the natural scenery, and the "spirit of hard work" was deeply rooted in everyone's heart.
