To enhance communication and learning among various projects of the company and improve the overall project management level, on August 18th and 19th, the company organized over 60 people including the leadership, department heads, project managers, and technical backbones to visit the Jiangxi Fenyi Power Plant project and the Jiangxi Xinfeng Power Plant project for on-site observation and exchange activities. Through on-site learning of the standardized management of projects, we guide each project of the company to actively carry out standardized management of engineering quality and safety, promote the improvement of the company's engineering quality, and accumulate valuable experience for the subsequent construction of thermal power projects of the company.
The expansion project of the 2×1000MW units of the State Power Investment Corporation's Fenyi Power Plant is located in Shuanglin Town, Fenyi County, Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province. It is a key regional energy project and is of great significance for improving the local power supply. Our company undertakes the main construction of the No. 3 and No. 4 cooling towers and chimneys of this project. As key functional facilities and image carriers of the power plant, the construction quality and efficiency directly affect the overall effectiveness of the project. The project department adheres to the principle of safe and civilized construction, and builds a full-process refined management system. Through pre-planning, "sample leading", node decomposition, and individual responsibility assignment, it optimizes resource allocation and process supervision to ensure that milestone nodes are achieved on schedule and with high quality. This observation meeting focused on visiting the highlights of process control such as the temporary layout achievements of the living and office areas of the project, the construction techniques of chimneys and cooling towers, the smart construction site and safety control, and material control.
The 2×1000MW unit project of Shaanxi Investment Xinfeng Energy is located in Datangbu Town, Xinfeng County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. The project involves the construction of 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical double reheat high-efficiency coal-fired generating units. The construction of this project will significantly enhance the power supply level in the southern part of Jiangxi Province, optimize the power energy structure of Jiangxi Province, and promote the high-quality development of Ganzhou's economy and society. Our company has undertaken the construction project of the main building and coal conveying system of Unit 2 of this project.
This observation meeting not only provided an on-site understanding of the standardized layout management and the implementation effectiveness of quality standardization, but also simultaneously learned the methods of precise control of construction quality and refined on-site safety management. The observers engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on technical difficulties and management experiences. At the same time, they also visited the temporary layout achievements of the living and office areas of the project. The project site has outstanding highlights and has won the title of "First Place on Site" many times in previous on-site inspections, earning high praise and full recognition from the owner unit and the EPC general contractor. The successful practice of standardized management in this project has transformed the slogan "First in the field" into practical achievements. It not only serves as a solid foundation for the company's market expansion but also further broadens the business space through the positive feedback from the market on site, effectively enhancing the company's social image.

In order to better summarize the progress of all the company's work in the first half of the year, make good plans and arrangements for the second half of the year, and ensure the realization of all the annual work goals, the company's 2025 mid-year management meeting and on-site observation meeting was successfully held in Jiangxi Xinfeng from August 20th to 21st. More than 60 people, including the company's leadership, department heads, and core members of the project management team, attended the meeting, which was presided over by Vice General Manager Li Yuping.
At the meeting, Zhang Liwei, the project manager of the 2×1000MW unit project of Shaanxi Investment Xinfeng Energy, summarized the practical experience and outstanding management achievements in the project management process from aspects such as the basic situation of the project, the early planning of the project, safety management and the implementation of standardization, quality and technical management and the implementation of standardization. Not only did it help the participants further deepen their systematic understanding of standardized project management, but also provided practical and replicable operational references through the sharing of practical experience, laying a foundation for the subsequent comprehensive implementation of project standardization and refined management, as well as the improvement of project management effectiveness.
Zhao Kun, the project manager of the China Coal Guangyuan 2X1000MW Power Plant project, systematically summarized the management experience and remarkable achievements of the project from key dimensions such as the basic situation of the project, the layout planning of the construction area, quality control, standardized management, and cost reduction and efficiency improvement. As a representative of the outstanding projects awarded to the post-90s generation in the company, Manager Zhao Kun also shared with deep emotion his own professional experience the process of gradually growing and accumulating experience on the company's platform since joining the company, setting a learning benchmark for young managers.
Vice General Manager Li Yuping pointed out that the company is currently promoting an increasing number of post-90s project managers. When independently managing projects, personal seniority and age are not the key points. The core lies in making good use of past experience, lessons from others, guidance from mentors and book knowledge to lead the team to efficiently advance the project and avoid detours. The essence of management lies in being dedicated to tasks, caring towards people, and having the courage to confront difficulties head-on. At the meeting, Wang Jinhe, the company's legal affairs director, reported on the latest progress of the company's recent litigation cases and emphasized the core matters that should be noted during the case handling process, such as evidence retention, process standardization, and rights protection.
