At 7 o'clock in the morning of January 1, with the project manager's order "the hoisting work is ready, start hoisting!" The hoisting work of the last fan of Tianrun Wuyang Runjin Wushui 50MW wind power project was officially launched. After three days of cooperation, according to the established plan, at 14:57 on January 3, the tower, engine room and impeller were successfully lifted. Thus, the 11 fans of Tianrun Wuyang Runjin Wushui 50MW wind power project were all installed in place, which is a solid step towards the realization of all grid-connected power generation.
Tianrun Wuyang Runjin Wushui 50 MW wind power project is located in Wuyang County, Luohe City, Henan Province, about 23km from the center of the Wuyang County. The wind farm belongs to the plain wind farm, the villages are densely populated in the wind farm, and the engineering construction is difficult to coordinate.With the support of the company's leaders and the active cooperation of the participating units, the project team is united as one, the division of labor is clear, the work is actively coordinated, the construction process is reasonably optimized, the site construction is carefully organized, the project quality and safety are strictly controlled, the narrow construction road, the complex relationship between the regional levy and the various difficulties, and the hoisting work is successfully completed.
The installed capacity of this project is 50MW, and the capacity of the supporting energy storage system is 5MW/10MWh. A total of 6 GW-191/5.0 wind turbines with a single-unit capacity of 5MW and 5 GW-191/4.0 wind turbines with a single-unit capacity of 4MW have been installed. The impeller diameter is 191m. The wind turbines adopt the form of concrete-steel mixed tower, with a hub height of 160m. It is estimated that the annual online electricity of the wind farm is 123.15 million kWh, and the equivalent full load operation hours are 2463h.
The successful hoisting of the last fan has laid a good foundation for the smooth progress of the follow-up work of the project, further inspired the morale of the project team, and accumulated valuable experience for the company in the construction of wind power projects.
