On December 25, 2023, China Installation Association announced the first batch of winners of China Installation Engineering Quality Award (China Installation Star) in 2023-2024. The installation project of "Xinxiang Tianrun Wind Power Affordable Internet Demonstration Project" undertaken by our company was awarded the honor, which is the first time for the company to win the award.In addition, the project was also awarded "China Electric Power Quality Project in 2023".

China Installation Engineering Quality Award (China Installation Star) is the highest honor in terms of domestic installation engineering quality, which is a national engineering quality award, representing the advanced technology and quality level of domestic installation engineering, playing an exemplary role in improving the quality level of China's installation engineering, and is known as the "Luban Award" in the field of installation engineering.This award is a high recognition of our company's project management ability in installation engineering.

Xinxiang Tianrun Wind Power Affordable Internet Demonstration Project is a self-built project, located in Yanjin County, Xinxiang City, Henan Province. The project area is located on the plain, and the road traffic inside and outside the area is convenient.The total installed capacity of this period is 100MW, and the fan model is 25 sets of Golden Wind GW165-4.0 V32R01C200 units, with a single-unit capacity of 4MW (hub height of 140m). The project simultaneously constructed a 110kV boost station, and the wind turbine was boosted by the box transformer and connected to the 35kV distribution device in the station through the collector line. Finally, it was sent to the 220kV Yanjin Substation 3.4km away through the 110kV line of the boost station, realizing the grid connection and power transmission.


At the early stage of the project, the company determined the goal of creating a national quality project. In accordance with the working idea of high standards and strict management, the company cooperated with all participating units to effectively organize the on-site elimination and optimization, and improve the quality standards.Seriously implement the national and industry-related technical standards, the application of construction technology, and the prevention and treatment of common quality problems, providing a strong guarantee for scientific construction. 


On October 18, 2023, the 45th group of experts from China Installation Association conducted a site review of Zerun Wind Farm, watched the promotional video of excellence, and listened to the reports on the project overview, excellence goals and management measures, project highlights, green construction, and new technology application.The project used 5 national key energy-saving and low-carbon technologies, 7 major items and 10 sub-items of 10 new technologies in the construction industry, such as concrete crack control technology, and 10 new technologies in power construction.The project has won 4 scientific and technological progress awards, 6 utility model patents, 2 construction methods, 6 QC achievements, and the final score of 92.63 points in the special evaluation of new technology application.The expert group pointed out that the project has clear quality goals, effective measures, and many highlights.

Highlight: the overall design of the booster station and the secondary equipment room is beautiful and harmonious, and the layout of the buildings in the station is reasonable.

Highlight: the process of clear water wall is beautiful, the stainless steel rainwater grate is simple and durable, the process of scattered water chamfering is smooth, and the cable trench cover plate is unique.

Highlight: the installation of the insulator is beautiful, the bus is straight, the GIS and the framework area are reasonably arranged, and the isolation switch is standardized.

Highlight: the cabinet identification card is complete and reliable grounding; the cabinet fire blocking is dense, the cables are arranged neatly; the secondary wiring in the cabinet is in correct phase sequence, the bending arc is consistent, and the label is complete; the installation of the facilities in the tower is standardized, the location is reasonable, the function is good, and the environment is bright and clean.

Highlight: the fan and the box transformer adopt the joint foundation, cancel the land requisition of the box transformer, and the single length of the cable between the fan and the box transformer is reduced from 35 meters to 30 meters, saving about 15% of the cable cost and about 10% of the land. The cabinet spacing is uniform and firmly fixed. The batteries are arranged neatly, and the main transformer is smooth and stable.

The project is expected to provide 283.04 million kw. h of electricity for the power grid annually. Compared with the current coal-fired power plant, it can save about 87,500 tons of standard coal for the country annually, save 877,400 tons of water, reduce the emission of dust to the atmosphere of 203.79 t/a, carbon dioxide of 223.6 t/a, sulfur dioxide of 1624.69 t/a, and nitrogen oxide of 2439.86 t/a, and the late operation and maintenance cost is low.
