The effective hoisting time was only 24 days, 15 days ahead of the planned construction period. The smooth closure of the steel tube X column of the intercooling tower of Unit 1 cannot be separated from the strong support of the company. This project is the first time for the company to try the steel tube X column in the construction site processing, successfully solved the problem of large transportation. Because the steel tube X column belongs to the three-dimensional space system, the detailed steel structure design was carried out at the early stage of processing. At the same time, through the planning of the production site and the layout optimization of the processing equipment, the resource utilization rate was improved, the processing progress was guaranteed, and the integrated management of processing, production and installation was realized.
