On December 20, 2022, with the first sound of gun salute, the main structure of building 12# of the fourth Project of Yidian Yiheyue Block, which was constructed by our company, was successfully completed, thus achieving phased results in the construction of the project.

The project is invested and constructed by Yichuan Ydian Real Estate Co., LTD. The project is located in the west of Longteng Road, north of Pingquan Road and east of Wenzheng Street, Shuizhai Town, Yichuan County, Luoyang City. The 12# building is a high-rise residential building with 22 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. The structure is framed shear wall. The total construction area is 13190.5m².

Since the construction of the project started, under the care and support of the company and the owner leaders, we strive to achieve excellence in project quality and orderly progress according to the schedule. The smooth engineering structure, quality assurance and capping is the result of the cooperation of all the participating units, but also the hard work of all the staff in the project.

Although the comprehensive volume of the project at this stage is small, as the single structure of Yiheyue Block No. 4 project started the construction late but completed the roof earliest since this year, the early capping of this project inspires the pride of all the project staff to fight and win, and strengthens everyone's confidence to successfully complete Yiheyue Block No. 4 project and strive to deliver a satisfactory answer to the company. The capping of the main structure of the project also marks the formal transfer of the project into the construction stage of masonry, secondary structure and decoration. In the subsequent construction process, we will be more enthusiastic about the work and actively strive to complete various tasks to ensure the smooth completion of the project!
