At the commencement ceremony, Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture and Ruoqiang County government leaders delivered an important speech, emphasizing the significance of the construction of the project, and put forward the corresponding requirements for the construction process and late operation, Ruoqiang County as the key area of the 14th Five-Year Plan of Xinjiang, the project is the key project of Ruoqiang County, deeply concerned by the local government leaders from all walks of life. At the end of the ceremony, Song Yanfeng, deputy commander of the 2×350MW cogeneration project of Loulan New Energy Co., Ltd. expressed his affirmation of our early work and announced the official start of the project.

At present, the project schedule is tight and the task is heavy.
