This marks a major phased breakthrough in the core construction of the project and lays a solid foundation for the subsequent unit installation and the goal of putting the project into operation in 2026.Since the project team entered the site in February 2025, it has been facing challenges such as the unique climate in Northeast China, high requirements for construction quality, and narrow and dense operation areas. Aiming at Harbin's long winter and tight construction window, the project team formulated a special winter construction plan in advance to ensure stable construction quality in low-temperature environments.
