At 9:17 AM on July 11,2026, the foundation pouring for the final wind turbine of Section One of the Tianrun 500 MW Wind Power Project in Tuoli County, Tacheng Prefecture commenced punctually, with representatives from the project owner, supervisory authority, and construction team present as witnesses. With the successful completion of this pouring phase, all 30 foundation construction tasks for Section One have been fully accomplished, marking the official conclusion of the foundation works.

The project site is located in a hilly grassland area with dispersed wind turbine locations and significant topographical variations. Strong winds are frequent during spring and summer, posing considerable challenges to construction organization. Following the completion of the first foundation pouring on April 30, the project team worked continuously for 73 days and finished all foundation construction tasks ahead of schedule.

The foundation of wind turbines serves as the core cornerstone for the safe and stable operation of wind power projects, with construction quality and efficiency directly impacting the overall project outcomes. During construction, the project team maintains simultaneous control over progress, quality, and safety; strictly implements on-site safety and civilized construction standards, ensures proper storage of materials at designated locations and adequate protection for temporary electrical installations, and conducts regular hazard inspections and quality audits. Documentation is compiled in sync with construction progress, with retest reports for various raw materials and process acceptance records promptly organized and archived, ensuring construction speed without compromising standards and documentation remains up-to-date. Considering the characteristics of hilly grassland terrain, ecological control measures such as water spraying for dust suppression, centralized storage of topsoil, and protection of native vegetation are implemented concurrently, achieving coordinated advancement between construction compliance and ecological conservation.

All construction personnel remained on the front lines, each fulfilling their specific duties, and utilized the intermittent periods between strong winds to schedule work outside peak hours, ensuring seamless coordination across all processes. The successful completion of the foundation works for Section One not only demonstrated the project's standardized construction management practices but also accumulated valuable practical experience in regional wind power development. It achieved comprehensive compliance in construction progress, structural quality, and documentation standards, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent full-scale implementation of the project.

Next, the project team will take the completion of foundational works as a new starting point, build on this momentum to fully transition to critical phases such as wind turbine installation and supporting infrastructure construction, strictly uphold quality and safety standards, refine control measures, and strive to achieve full-capacity grid connection and power generation at the earliest possible date.
