At 17:17 on April 15, the Tianrun 500 MW wind power project site in Tuoli County, Tacheng was adorned with fluttering flags and the sound of firecrackers. All construction personnel were on duty, machinery and equipment were ready for operation, and all preparatory work was complete. Under the joint witness of representatives from the construction unit, supervision unit, general contractor, and other participating parties, the concrete mixer truck smoothly entered the designated location, and the first batch of concrete was successfully poured!

Since securing the project bid on March 20,2026, our project management team has remained focused on objectives and strengthened accountability, advancing construction with a sense of urgency and determination. On March 25, personnel arrived to commence site preparations; on April 1, the project office was officially established and operational; and on April 6, construction commenced successfully. Within just nine days, the first concrete pour was completed, along with the foundation bedding for two wind turbines, demonstrating our management team's exceptional capabilities in efficient coordination, rapid response, and collaborative execution, while also highlighting our company's professional expertise and reliability in new energy project development.

Next, the project team will seize this opportunity to strictly adhere to the construction schedule for rational timeline planning and coordinated resource allocation across multiple parties. It will continue to implement the principles of green construction, ensuring comprehensive environmental protection measures in the surrounding areas while advancing the project comprehensively. Special emphasis will be placed on overcoming construction challenges in hilly and mountainous terrain to guarantee high-quality project progress.
