At 10:17 on April 15, the first steel column of the No.1 main powerhouse for the Tacheng State Power Investment Corporation's 2×660 MW coal-power integration project—constructed by our company—was successfully hoisted and precisely positioned, marking the official commencement of the project's main structural construction.

The project is located in Tiechangou Town, Tuoli County, Tacheng Prefecture, Xinjiang, and is a key project under the autonomous region's "14th Five-Year Plan" energy strategy. With a total investment of approximately 5.4 billion yuan, it plans to construct two 660-megawatt ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation units. Upon completion, the annual power generation capacity will reach 5.5 billion kilowatt-hours, effectively addressing the power supply shortcomings in northern Xinjiang and contributing to the optimization of the regional energy structure and high-quality economic development. The main powerhouse adopts a steel structure design, offering advantages such as high strength, short construction duration, and excellent integrity, making it a critical control project for unit installation. The successful lifting of the steel structure has laid a solid foundation for subsequent main frame construction, equipment installation, and overall project progress.
To ensure the successful completion of the first lifting operation, the project team conducted comprehensive pre-planning, meticulously formulated a specialized lifting plan, rigorously carried out technical briefings, equipment maintenance, safety calculations, and on-site re-measurements, and implemented strict safety controls and quality standards throughout the entire process. With the collaborative efforts of all participating parties, the lifting operation proceeded smoothly and orderly, achieving precise positioning.

Moving forward, our project department will take this crane lifting operation as a new starting point, continue to uphold the corporate spirit of "unity and perseverance, innovation and excellence, sustained strength, and steady progress," along with the construction ethos of tackling challenges and pursuing perfection. We will rigorously ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance while efficiently advancing subsequent construction tasks, striving to deliver a model demonstration project that will contribute substantially to the early commissioning and power generation of the State Power Investment Corporation's Tacheng Coal-Electricity Integration Project.
