On November 5, 2025, the owner unit, supervision unit, and general contracting unit of the Qitaihe Wind Power Project jointly awarded our project department the "Advanced Unit in Work Safety" certificate for 2025. The certificate was personally presented by Tan Qing, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Electric Power New Energy Co., Ltd. (the owner unit), and the project manager, in recognition of our project department's outstanding performance in work safety management.

Since the project commenced, our project department has always adhered to the core principle that "work safety is of paramount importance" (literally "work safety weighs more than Mount Tai"), and has deeply integrated the concept of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management" into the entire construction process. We have regarded work safety as the primary criterion for all work, and implemented strict whole-process control over construction safety, project quality, and construction progress. Relying on high-standard control requirements and the sense of responsibility and commitment of the project management team, the work achievements of our project department have been unanimously recognized by the three units, and we have successfully been rated as a benchmark project for safe and civilized construction of the Qitaihe Wind Power Project.

Winning the "Advanced Unit in Work Safety" certificate this time is not only an honor, but also a heavy responsibility. This honor belongs to every member of the project team; it is an affirmation of our past work and even more a motivation for our work safety management. We will take this as a starting point, continue to deepen safety management, and ensure the safe, high-quality, and efficient completion of the subsequent construction tasks of the project!
