From October 28th to 29th, the Company's Work Safety Management Center organized the "2025 Safety Management System Training Session" in the multi - function hall on the 10th floor of the headquarters. This training session adopted the mode of "offline main venue + online branch venues". More than 30 safety management personnel from various projects under the company attended the training on - site, and another 70 plus people participated in the training simultaneously via video conference, achieving full coverage of the safety management team.
On the morning of October 28, the training session officially kicked off. Liu Junfeng, Minister of the Company's Work Safety Management Center, took the lead in delivering a speech on the annual work safety summary, where he summarized one by one the daily work performance of the department, typical violations identified during project inspections, the management of large - scale equipment, work safety accidents and incidents, as well as the good practices of excellent projects. He also put forward specific requirements for the following three aspects of work:

In the afternoon of October 28, representatives from projects including Jiangxi Xinfeng Power Plant, Hunan Shimen Power Plant, Qitaihe Wind Power Project, and Xinjiang Jiang'er Mine Silo Project demonstrated the highlights of their respective project safety management through PPT reports. All participants carefully listened to the sharing of excellent management experiences from different types of projects, and actively discussed the similarities and differences in safety management among chimney - cooling tower projects, workshop projects, and wind power projects. They summarized the excellent practices applicable to their own projects, so as to improve the safety management level of their projects. Subsequently, representatives of new employees in the projects shared their feelings about work and life since joining the company, and expressed good wishes for the company's future development.

To enhance the effectiveness of the training, participants were divided into groups to take part in professional knowledge competitions and skill contests. With "practical operation competition" as its core highlight, the competition segment not only stimulated the enthusiasm of all participants through the competitive atmosphere, but also made safety knowledge easier to understand and absorb through practical operation scenarios, truly realizing the goal of "integrating learning into competition and applying what has been learned".

On the morning of October 29, Lei Fengqi and Gu Shaoqiang, representatives of the department, gave explanations on new standards including JGJ/T46 Technical Standard for Temporary Electrical Safety at Construction Sites of Building and Municipal Engineering, GB 2894-2025 Safety Colours and Safety Signs, and GB 35181-2025 Rules for Determining Major Fire Hazards. Through the interpretation of requirements in the new standards and the demonstration of correct on-site practices, all participants gained a better understanding of the new requirements in these standards, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of relevant work in the next phase.

On the path of safety, we will reach the destination if we keep moving forward; for the trust of responsibility, we will achieve our goals if we take solid actions. Let us, with a sense of responsibility that "keeps us vigilant at all times", strengthen every safety defense line; with the execution capability that "ensures every task is implemented in place", safeguard the life safety of every colleague, and strive forward towards the goal of "zero injuries and zero accidents" in work safety.
