At 09:17 on June 25, 2025, with the resounding slogan "Salute and golden Hoist" and the festive fireworks, the first section of the concrete tower at the T7 wind turbine position of the Qitaihe Wind Power Project in Heilongjiang Province was successfully installed in place, marking the complete success of the hoisting ceremony of the first wind turbine of the project! The project has officially entered the stage of wind turbine installation, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent grid connection and power generation of the wind turbines.

This project is located within Xinxing District and Boli County of Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province. It involves the construction of 20 wind turbines and a substation. The wind turbine towers hoisted this time adopt a steel-concrete hybrid structure, consisting of 42 concrete tower sections and 1 steel tower section. The height of the hybrid tower is 152 meters, and the overall height is 160 meters. The hybrid tower is made by Shanghai Yancong Factory. The height of the hybrid tower is the highest in the wind power industry. The hoisting difficulty is the highest in the industry. Due to the complex terrain where the project is located, various hoisting forms need to be adopted. To ensure the smooth progress of the hoisting work, the project technicians have repeatedly reviewed the plan, analyzed the performance and working conditions of various hoisting machinery, and organized the tower manufacturer to conduct detailed safety and technical briefings for the hoisting construction personnel, fully preparing for the early stage. Lay a solid foundation for subsequent batch hoisting operations.

The hoisting of the first wind turbine is a milestone in the construction of this project and also the starting point of the project's official challenge of hoisting operations in the Northeast forest land. All the management personnel of the project department adhere to the basic concept that "safety production is more important than Mount Tai", and on this basis, strictly control the quality, scientifically schedule, and efficiently promote the hoisting work of the wind turbine to ensure the full capacity grid connection goal is achieved on schedule, injecting strong impetus into the development of the company.
