From May 14th to 16th, 2025, the expert group of China Quality Certification Center conducted a three-day external audit and inspection of our company's three systems. This inspection covered all business processes and links of the company, aiming to comprehensively assess the operation of our company in terms of quality, environment and occupational health and safety management systems, and ensure that they comply with national standards and industry norms. All departments of the company's headquarters and the Guoyue City Yufu project Department attached great importance to and actively cooperated, ensuring the comprehensiveness, depth and effectiveness of the review work.
During the audit period, the experts of the audit team conducted a meticulous review of the quality control processes, environmental protection measures and occupational health and safety management mechanisms of the construction units through methods such as reviewing documents and materials, on-site inspections of the construction sites and communication with relevant personnel. From the quality planning and implementation in the project's planning and design stage, to the safety and civilized construction and environmental impact prevention and control during the construction process, and then to all measures to ensure the safety and health of employees, the audit team has conducted a comprehensive and strict review.
After three days of rigorous review work, the review team announced at the final meeting that the overall operation of our company's quality, environment and occupational health and safety management systems is effective and meets the relevant standard requirements. It is recommended to maintain the certification qualification. The audit team highly affirmed the company's outstanding performance in the construction of the management system, including a scientific and complete safety control system, a strict and efficient quality supervision and inspection mechanism, standardized and orderly on-site safety and civilized construction management, as well as a systematic and comprehensive employee training and skills improvement plan, etc. Meanwhile, the audit team also put forward constructive suggestions and opinions for improvement regarding minor issues such as the management of measuring instruments, contract review, and project supervision and inspection that were identified during the audit process.

This external audit is a comprehensive check-up of the company's management system. The company will take this audit as an opportunity to carefully analyze the issues raised by the experts, apply process control, PDCA cycle and other methods, formulate a rectification plan, and actively implement it.
