On April 22, more than 60 college students from the School of Civil Engineering of Xinxiang College, a school-enterprise cooperation college of our company, went to Guoyuecheng Yufu Project to observe and study, and carried out an educational visit and study activity. This activity aims to allow students to combine theoretical knowledge with practical engineering to further improve their professional quality and practical ability.

Xinxiang University is a public full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education, and is a demonstration undergraduate university of applied technology in Henan Province and a national language promotion base. In order to organize this activity, the school and our conpany should make sufficient communication preparations in the early stage, and make reasonable arrangements for the content and observation route of this cognitive learning. The observation was led by Dr. Han Hongxing of Xinxiang University.

Our company was attended by Li Na, director of the engineering management department, Li Huitao, director of the material and equipment management center, Zhang Cuihong, director of the human resources center, and the main leaders of the project. First of all, Jiang Ruicheng, the project manager, delivered a welcome speech, and Chen Xiangping, the chief technical engineer of the project, introduced the project overview, construction progress and safety regulations to the students, and emphasized the precautions of entering the construction site.

Subsequently, the students were divided into 4 groups, led by the project management personnel to visit and study, through the visit to understand the overall process of building construction, mainly including the basic engineering of the building, the main structure, the secondary structure and decoration, etc., and more detailed study the process and installation of steel bars, the pour of concrete, masonry plastering engineering and other construction technology. During the visit, the students listened carefully to the explanation of the project management personnel, and led the team to analyze and explain all aspects of the construction in combination with the actual situation.

After the on-site observation, Zhang Cuihong of the company's human resources center introduced the company's development concept and talent training plan to the teachers and students, and also hoped to have the opportunity to provide more practical positions for the students. The students also felt the warm reception of our company and the overall strength of the company, and the atmosphere was very active.

Through this observation and study, the students had close contact with the building construction process and had a deeper understanding of the theoretical knowledge they had learned. This school-enterprise joint learning not only brings rich extracurricular practice and the most intuitive feeling to teachers and students, but also plays a positive role in promoting our company and enhancing the interconnection. At the same time, the Guoyuecheng Yufu project has played an exemplary role in actively guiding and cultivating talents.
