At 7:00 a.m. on January 30, 2024, the concrete pouring for the last wind turbine foundation of the wind power project in Wanshan District, Tongren City, Guizhou Province, which was constructed by our company, started smoothly. At 10:00 p.m. on the same day, accompanied by bursts of firecrackers, the foundation of T23 was officially poured, which marked the completion of all the wind turbine foundations of the project, and the project formally stepped into the closing stage.

On December 18, 2023, the construction of the new road for T23 wind turbine was officially started, and the whole project team responded quickly and completed the construction of 3.3km of road for T23 wind turbine, leveling of the wind turbine platform, and excavation of wind turbine foundations in only 30 days. From January 20, under the influence of the strong cold air, Wanshan District experienced the freezing rain and blizzard weather which lasted for days and seriously affected the subsequent construction. The management of the project department and the construction team actively cooperate with each other, overcome the difficulties, and race against time to complete the work of reinforcing bar binding, formwork erection, and foundation pouring preparations before the next wave of adverse weather condition.

In order to accomplish the highest goals of the project as well as fulfill commitments to the Owners. All the members of the project department fully carry forward the enterprise spirit of "Unity and Struggle, Innovation and Surpass, Ceaseless Self-improvement, Steady and Progressive", and resolutely practice the construction principle of "Grasping safety, Ensuring quality, and catching up with the construction schedule". All the staffs stand firm at their posts and work day and night to make unremitting efforts to realize the highest goal of the project ——Grid-connected Power Generation in Full Capacity.
