The Binhewan centralized resettlement area project is a key construction project for the problematic buildings in the Weibin District. For many years, the project has been stalled for many reasons, and there is no hope for residents to return to their homes. With the strong support of the municipal government, our company effectively fulfilled its social responsibility and actively undertook to resolve the project and promote the rejuvenation of the project. Working together with the owner and the sister construction units, we overcame difficulties and comprehensively promoted the construction of the second phase of the project, ushering in the smooth topping out of the project.

The construction project of Binhe Bay resettlement area (a tender section) is located in Xinxiang City, east of Lixin Lane, south of Weihe River, west of Jingguang Railway and north of Zhongtong Street, with 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 8#, 19#, 20#, 21# residential buildings and supporting underground two-storey garage, with a construction area of 103,025.74 square metres. This project is a key livelihood project of our company in cooperation with Xinxiang Safeguarded Housing Investment and Development Company Limited.

Next, our project department will continue to carry forward the spirit of hard work and devote itself to the construction of subsequent projects, so as to add bricks to the development of Xinxiang's local livelihood construction business, improve the quality of life of citizens and enhance the well-being of people's livelihood.
