At 10:17 on April 6, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 500 MW Tianrun Wind Power Project in Tuoli County, Tacheng Prefecture was successfully held. Colorful flags fluttered proudly at the site, creating an inspiring atmosphere as representatives from all participating units and the project team gathered across this magnificent land. With a spirit of "starting with full momentum and launching the project as a decisive battle," they jointly witnessed this milestone moment in the development of renewable energy in northern Xinjiang.

The project has a total installed capacity of 500 MW and is located in the areas under the jurisdiction of Wuxueti Township and Tiechanggou Town, Tuoli County, Tacheng Prefecture, Xinjiang, at an altitude ranging from 1,200 to 1,600 meters. The terrain consists mainly of plains, hills, and mountains, with convenient transportation conditions adjacent to provincial highways S318 and S201. The project involves the construction of 50 new 10 MW wind turbines, which will be connected via a "one-turbine-one-transformer" unit configuration to a 35 kV voltage level. It includes 18 35 kV collector lines and a 220 kV step-up substation, with one 220 kV line connecting to the Tacheng 750 kV substation. Upon completion, the project will significantly enhance the region's green power supply capacity, contributing to energy structure optimization and the achievement of the "dual carbon" goals.
As the company's first wind farm constructed in Xinjiang, the project bears the significant mission of pioneering the new energy market in Northwest China and advancing the green energy sector. Our company undertook the construction of 30 wind turbines along with supporting facilities such as site roads, construction platforms, and power collection lines. From equipment procurement and complete turbine installation and commissioning to comprehensive construction management, we established a solid foundation for the project through integrated coordination capabilities.
Standing at a new starting point and embarking on a new journey, the project management team has achieved remarkable progress—from refining the design of previous 6.25 MW single-unit turbines to making a groundbreaking leap with 10 MW large-capacity onshore units. The team will rigorously coordinate construction schedules and scientifically plan key milestones: full-scale commencement in April 2026, followed by orderly progress in road platform construction, turbine foundations, turbine installation, and collector line installation, ensuring grid connection readiness by the end of September. These measures guarantee efficient project management and timely fulfillment of commitments.

The successful completion of this groundbreaking ceremony marks the project's official entry into the full-scale construction phase. The project team will adhere to the principles of "safety first, quality foremost, schedule priority, and green construction," strictly comply with engineering construction standards, strengthen safety management and quality supervision throughout the entire process, optimize construction procedures, and coordinate resource allocation to advance the project with practical dedication.
With the wind lifting the banner of progress, we unite our efforts to overcome challenges and build dreams through green energy—a momentum that is unstoppable. Taking this groundbreaking ceremony as our starting point, we will respond to the national call for green energy, take root in the magnificent Toli region, and deepen our presence in the Xinjiang market. We will spare no effort to expedite the project's full-capacity grid connection and power generation, contributing solid strength to regional energy security and green, low-carbon development!
