At 9:17 on August 12th, with a resounding hoisting slogan, the last blade of the W4 wind turbine of the Qitaihe Wind Power Project in Heilongjiang Province was lifted. Ten minutes later, it precisely connected with the impeller. The successful hoisting of the first wind turbine of this project marked the beginning of a critical stage in the project construction and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent installation work of the turbine. This hoisting operation was accomplished by XCMG's first XGL3300-220S boom tower crane. It not only set a new record for domestic wind power equipment installation technology but also established an industry benchmark for clean energy development in Northeast China, injecting strong impetus into the company's new energy industry development.

The wind turbine of this project is 6.25MW, of model SI-200625HH1600. The top height of the mixed tower is 152.15m, the center height of the turbine hub is 160m, and the blade length is 97m. The hoisting method is single-blade combined hoisting in the air. The terrain of the forest where the equipment is located also poses a considerable challenge to the hoisting operation of the unit. To ensure the smooth, orderly and efficient installation of the unit, the relevant technical personnel of the project have adjusted the hoisting plan and schedule many times, discussed the hoisting operation of various mechanical combinations, and continuously made dynamic adjustments to the hoisting operation surface, striving to bring out the best performance of the machinery. Advanced equipment support and professional technical support have provided a strong guarantee for the smooth progress of the project.

At the site of this wind turbine hoisting operation, leaders from the general contractor, the supervisor and the construction unit all came to the site for guidance. The successful hoisting of the first wind turbine is an important milestone in the steady progress of the project. Next, the project team will focus on advancing the installation of the remaining wind turbines and the grid connection project, and spare no effort to ensure that the project achieves full capacity grid connection as scheduled.
