At 11 o'clock on August 28, the colorful flags fluttered at the site of the expansion project of Shaanxi Investment Xinfeng Energy's 2×1000MW unit, and the atmosphere was warm and festive. In Ganzhou Xinfeng, the groundbreaking ceremony of the construction of the #2 unit and coal conveying system of the project was held. Wu Zhongqiong, deputy secretary of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee, attended and issued an order to start construction.

Since the company held the first meeting of the project on August 1, 2024, the project management personnel have been in place on August 3, and have established effective communication with Party A and the general contractor on August 4, and held the first meeting of the contractor to enter the site. In order to ensure the smooth holding of the "8.28 groundbreaking ceremony", a high-standard safety protection railing was set up around the foundation pit on the site, and the walkway was hardened and the laying of the water retaining edge was carried out. The project management team took the initiative to take responsibility, the construction team actively cooperated, and after 24 days of careful preparation, it was highly praised by the owner, general contractor and supervision units.

The successful holding of the groundbreaking ceremony marks the full start of the project construction work.
