In order to better summarize the company's work in the first half of the year, do a good job in the work planning and deployment in the second half of the year, and ensure the realization of the annual work goals, from July 10th to 15th, the company's 2024 mid-year management meeting was successfully held in Baiyun Mountain, Luoyang . More than 50 people, including the company's leadership, department ministers and project managers, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Li Yuping, deputy general manager.

At the meeting, Niu Yanbin, project manager of the Zhundong 2×660MW power plant project of Xinjiang Zhunneng Investment Co., Ltd., summarized the experience and excellent management results in the project management process from the aspects of the basic situation of the project, advance planning, safety production standardization, quality and process standardization, contract management, learning and exploration of project modular management, and later work plan. This project is the first project of our company to implement modular management, through the continuous exploration and improvement in the construction process, has achieved good social praise and economic benefits, and has accumulated rich management experience. In the future, we will rely on the implementation experience of the project and gradually improve the standardized management of the whole process of the project.

Wang Feng, project manager of Lanxi Wenyuan project, summarized the management experience and management results of the project from the aspects of the basic situation of the project, project objectives, preliminary planning, process management, safe and civilized construction management, prefabricated buildings, difficulties encountered in the construction process and solutions. This project is the first EPC project undertaken by our company.It is also the first project to adopt prefabricated buildings, with the joint efforts of the project team, the project has achieved good results, and has actively explored the future development layout of our company's civil engineering prefabricated buildings, and accumulated valuable project management experience.

Li Huitao, Minister of Material and Equipment Management and Procurement Center, reported on the fine management measures of materials for smoke tower projects. Taking the main building installation and construction section C of the Changzhou 2×1 million kilowatt unit expansion project of Jiangsu Company and the bid section B of the Xinjiang Renewable Energy Shimei 2×1 million kilowatt coal-fired power project as examples, relying on the material management system of Glodon, the material control measures of the smoke tower project were analyzed from the aspects of plan first, plan on demand, timely warehousing, regular verification, regular comparison of usage and budget, analysis of over-saving and deviation correction, etc., and the above measures played a good role.

Subsequently, every departments emphasized that the project department needs to strengthen the management of the current manpower, quality, safety, finance, final accounts and logistics management.

Finally, Zhao Shifu, chairman of the board of directors and secretary of the party committee, made an objective analysis of the current industry situation we are facing, pointed out the challenges and opportunities we are facing, laid out and prospected the development of the company's market, and put forward clear requirements for the company's final accounts and information construction.

In this meeting, we are also fortunate to invite Mr. Deng Youdong, a distinguished lecturer of China Construction Political Research Institute and an adjunct professor of Central South University, to teach us a special course on "Construction Industry Development Trend and Advanced Cadre Management Ability", Mr. Deng from the construction industry development trend, leader quality, company operation management, project management capacity building, digital intelligent construction, implementation of cases 6 modules, combined with his own construction enterprise management, project management, information management, construction industrialization management for more than 20 years in China Construction, China Railway system rich experience and special subject research. It has a wonderful lesson for everyone, which is very inspiring and instructive, and brings new ideas for our company's next step of enterprise management, market development and project management.
