12 June 2023 at 18:57,After 11 hours of fighting in the rain, the first foundation of the wind turbine in Yutang Township, Wanshan District, was successfully poured midst the sound of firecrackers that rang through the valley.

The foundation began to be poured at 7.37am on 12 June 2023. The foundation is circular in shape, 21m in diameter and 4.3m in height, requiring a total of 670 cubic meters of concrete.

The project started construction in May 2023. Faced with many difficulties such as long distances, curves, steep slopes and rain in mountainous areas, the project team of Yutang Township, Wanshan District, worked together to overcome difficulties and speed up the construction progress under the premise of ensuring safety and quality and meeting the conditions of environmental and water conservation, showing the commitment of the Second Construction and Development people with practical actions and laying a solid foundation for achieving the annual grid connection target.
