At 17 o'clock on the afternoon of May 16, with the completion of the last tank of concrete pouring, the 1#, 3#, 4#, and 19# buildings of the Binhewan Resettlement Area (Section 1) were all successfully topped out.

The construction project of Binhewan Resettlement Area (Bid 1) is located east of Xinxiang Municipal New Lane, south of Weihe, west of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and north of Zhongtong Street, with 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 8#, 19#, 20#, 21# residential buildings and supporting underground two-story garages, with a construction area of 103,025.74 square meters. As a key livelihood project in cooperation between our company and Xinxiang Affordable Housing Investment and Development Co., Ltd., this project has been highly valued by company leaders and local authorities since the start of the project in August 2022.

In the process of project construction, in the face of repeated epidemic pressure, ensuring the construction progress of the project has become a major problem for project management personnel, the project department invested a lot of manpower and material resources, actively adjusted the construction plan, overcome various difficulties, and successfully completed the node goals under the premise of ensuring quality and environmental protection, laying a solid foundation for the entire project construction period guarantee. On May 17th, the owner and relevant parties went to the scene to witness the topping of the building and affirmed the efforts made by our company in the process of project construction.
