At 10:58 am on December 10, 2023, with the sound of firecrackers, the last steel tube X column of No. 2 intercooling tower of Xinjiang Heavy Energy Shitoumei 2 million kilowatt coal power project was completed in place.Thus, the steel tube X column of No. 2 intercooling tower of the project was successfully closed, which was another important progress node after the completion of the hoisting of X inclined pillar of No. 1 intercooling tower, and successfully achieved the established construction period target.No. 2 intercooling tower X column began hoisting on November 19, and was successfully completed on December 10, lasting 22 days. At 9:58 am on November 18, 2023, with the roar of machinery, the last steel tube X inclined pillar of the intercooling tower of Unit 1 of Xinjiang Heavy Energy Shitoumei 2 million kilowatt coal power project was completed in place.Thus, the steel tube X column and steel ring beam of the intercooling tower of Unit 1 of this project was successfully closed.The X column of the intercooling tower of Unit 1 began to be lifted from October 20, 2023 to November 18, 2023, lasting 30 days. Affected by the local windy weather and sudden drop in temperature, the construction period was delayed by 6 days. The effective hoisting time was only 24 days, 15 days ahead of the planned construction period. During the hoisting process, under the strict supervision of the owner and the supervision unit, and drawing on the successful experience of similar projects of the company, the hoisting speed of X column was once again raised to a new height, which was highly recognized by the owner, the designer and the supervision unit.The smooth closure of the steel tube X column of the intercooling tower of Unit 1 cannot be separated from the strong support of the company. Up to now, the equipment in the station has been running safely and stably, and the instruments, protection and control systems are accurate.The newly built 110kV boost substation of the project covers an area of 5,310m2, and the structures cover an area of 2,560m2.The station is divided into production area and office area from south to north. The southern production area mainly includes prefabricated cabins and 15MW/30MWh energy storage devices, and the outdoor distribution devices mainly include 1 main transformer with a capacity of 100MVA, GIS high-voltage equipment, 1 station grounding transformer, 1 set of SVG devices with a capacity of ± 24Mvar and 110kV framework. The 35kV collector line is connected to the 110kV boost station, and a 110kV outgoing line is built. The overhead line is connected to the 110kV Guandu substation, with a distance of about 1.4km.After the installation and commissioning is completed, the equipment in the boost station has been simulated for many times without power, and special personnel are arranged to be responsible for the key links and areas.
