Henan Longquan Jinheng Power Co., Ltd. 2 × 660MW unit project is located in Shuizhai Town, Yichuan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province. It is a key project in Henan Province. The operation of the project is of great significance to speed up regional industrial transformation and upgrading and structural adjustment. Construction began in June 2011 and was completed in May 2013.
